Born and raised in San Francisco, Tiffany has seen how cities have evolved and struggled with the challenges of people falling through the cracks . Stagnant wages, increased cost of living, gentrification -- these economic stressors coupled with limited resource literacy complicate preventing and getting out of homelessness. Having worked in Silicon Valley, she began her venture into homelessness with a desire to use her skills to help cities become stronger, to build them tools to understand and combat homelessness.

With the wisdom of mentors, industry experts, passionate community leaders, Tiffany built Outreach Grid as a marriage of intense empathy for the heroes at the frontlines helping people out of homelessness and deep, precise technical expertise from the heart of Silicon Valley to make homelessness combatable.

Prior to Outreach Grid, Tiffany was an early employee and software engineer at Instacart and studied Neuroscience at Yale University. Tiffany was listed as Forbes 30 Under 30 for her work on Outreach Grid.

A firm believer that the rational and analytical can be compassionate and kind, John has designed and led programs to serve the underserved. His first-hand experiences doing outreach informs his thought process for designing technical systems to combat homelessness. In multiple service trips to Bangalore, India, he served the vulnerable and taught English at a private school. He led a team of 80 volunteers to work with children at an orphanage in Tijuana, Mexico. And, in university, he spent his Wednesdays leading outreach teams to soup kitchens and downtown streets while studying Math and Computer Science at UC San Diego.

While working on his first startup with a tight-knit group of friends in New York City, John became a fellow at the Yale Entrepreneurial Institute ( now Yale TSAI City ), where he met Tiffany. Since then, Tiffany and John have worked on several startups and projects together, including teaching Yale students how to code, before breaking ground on Outreach Grid, where they combine their deep technical skills and passion to do good.

Prior to Outreach Grid, John was an early employee and software engineer at AppCard and Getaround. He studied Math and Computer Science at University of California, San Diego.
